As reported in our February issue of the Your ACSA Update, 2017 will see a continuation of enhancements to our services and member benefits. Your ACSA has always strived to provide you the best services possible. In 2016, we took steps to streamline our services making significant improvements to processing times.
This year we will continue our drive to improve services by introducing enhancements to our online delivery technology. We will implement these enhancements using the highest operational standards, ensuring the least likelihood of interruption to services, information, and data. The only difference you should notice will be with the look and feel of the innovative online delivery systems being introduced to services such as the Student Portal and online learning tools.
We will keep you informed about the exciting new enhancements to be introduced around mid-year.
