As part of our commitment to supporting the efforts to promote and encourage the development of a highly skilled workforce in Alberta, we were proud to once again support to the Apprenticeship and Industry Training Scholarship Program.
This year, a total of 700 deserving Alberta apprentices received scholarships through the program, making a huge difference in the lives of the recipients and opening the door for their future careers in the workforce. Since the creation of the program in 2002, more than 9,000 apprentices have been recognized.
This year’s winner of the ACSA Health & Safety Scholarship was Connor Davidiuk, from Edmonton, who is training to become a machinist. Congratulations Connor, we wish you all the very best for a safe and prosperous career in our great industry.
