If you’re an ACSA COR member that has completed at least one re-certification external audit cycle, you could be eligible to participate in the 2017 COR Action Plan process. But you had better be quick – applications are due no later than Friday, March 24th 2017.
Instead of conducting an internal audit, COR companies that meet the requirements have the option to develop and implement an Action Plan that maps out goal-setting using your company’s combined corporate and safety objectives. This holistic approach aims to improve your company’s health and safety management system by strengthening its alignment to, and understanding of, the company’s important corporate objectives, while also allowing HSE objectives which may fall outside of the typical audit scope to be prioritized throughout the company.
