2025 COR dates

If you need a COR audit this year, now is the time to request it through MyAudit. Please note the upcoming COR submission deadlines:

Please see these important reminders about your 2025 audit:

• All 2025 external certification/re-certification peer audit requests must be submitted by Friday, October 24, 2025, to ensure there is adequate time to locate a peer auditor.
• The deadline to submit all completed COR action plans is Friday, November 7, 2025.
• The deadline to register any other 2025 audits (external certification/re-certification consultant, internal COR maintenance, or auditor maintenance only) is Friday, December 5, 2025.
• All data collection (documentation, interviews, and observations) must be completed by Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
• 2025 audits must be submitted to ACSA within 21 days after the last date of data collection (no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026).
