Holly Kuchik –  Wellness business owner

Holly Kuchik, a dedicated wellness business owner, has found a new passion in construction safety. She aspires to significantly improve industry safety standards and create a safer working environment for everyone.

Holly’s journey into health and safety began with administrative roles. She took the Principles of Health & Safety Management course and created a safety manual for her business. Her involvement in safety meetings, inspections, and on-site tasks deepened her interest in the field.

The Women in Safety Sponsorship Program came at the perfect time for Holly. She views it as a pivotal opportunity to advance her career. “The sponsorship provides a unique chance for my professional growth and pursue my goals in health and safety within the construction industry,” she shared. Holly aims to achieve her National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation.

Beyond her professional aspirations, Holly is a devoted wife and mother. She supports her husband’s company and guides her son through safety training courses. Holly’s story is one of courage and progression.
