You have until Monday, April 9 to respond to the government’s request for input. You can provide your thoughts and ideas through the special webpage located here.
The Ministry of Labour is seeking your feedback on the specific rules that need to be developed and added to the OHS regulations regarding:
- harassment and violence in the workplace
- establishment, training requirements and operations of the joint work site health and safety committees
We encourage members of ACSA’s community of safety leaders to participate in this opportunity and help with framing the new regulations before they take effect on June 1, 2018.
