ACSA Instructor-Led Training (ILT) | In-person and virtual courses
Any changes to an ILT enrollment require at least six business days’ notice. Late changes may incur fees or result in forfeited funds; see below for details.
Cancellations:
- Full refund: Requests received by 8:00 a.m. MT six business days or more before the original course date will be refunded in-full.
- Partial refund: Requests received between five and two business days before the course date will incur a $20 administration fee*, with the remainder of the session cost being refunded.
- Non-refundable: Requests received less than two business days before the course date are non-refundable.
Transfers:
- No penalty: Requests received two business days or more before the course date can transfer to a new date at no cost.
- Penalty incurred: Requests received less than two business days before the course date will require payment for the new date, and funds from the original booking will be forfeited.
ACSA online On-Demand courses
- These courses are non-transferable.
- Refunds are available only if the course has not been started. The course is considered started upon its first launch.
- Courses in progress are non-refundable.
ACSA Material
- Material purchases can be refunded if they are current, in original condition, and returned within 30 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Returned material purchases can be returned in-person to the ACSA Edmonton office or shipped at the expense of the purchaser.
