What is MySupport?

MySupport provides ACSA members with access to one-on-one advisory support from a safety advisor. It offers practical guidance on occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS) and connects members to resources that support their day-to-day safety needs.

MySupport is designed to help you work through questions and safety challenges, strengthen your safety program and provide you with the tools and resources to move forward with confidence.

What can MySupport help with?

MySupport provides support in the following areas:

  • Safety management system support: Guidance to build or enhance your OHSMS, including legislative compliance and alignment with industry standards.
  • Action plan development: Step-by-step strategies to improve workplace safety, including support for COR/SECOR requirements and external evaluations.
  • ACSA COR & SECOR Auditor Support (Protocol & Methodology): Targeted guidance for internal or external auditors on COR/SECOR instructions, criteria, scoring rules, sampling approaches, interviews, and site verification expectations. We’ll help you understand what’s required, clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and align your audit plan with the protocol.
  • Injury data review: Analysis of WCB data to benchmark performance, identify trends and develop targeted improvement strategies.
  • General safety inquiries: Support with COR/SECOR, safety documentation and processes, and legislative or compliance requirements.
