  3. Optimizing programs and services: Launching MyLearning, establishing MyAudit, increasing micro-learning tools and improving access to support.
  4. Bolstering organizational excellence: Aligning goals, improving employee systems, reinforcing financial accountability and risk awareness.

MyLearning launched mid-year, replacing a legacy system. Your ACSA redeveloped select on-demand courses to reflect legislative updates and respond to learner feedback. Updated course pricing, effective November 2024, for the first time in several years, aligned ACSA rates with market pricing in safety training. Where training volumes dipped, applicability held—96.1 per cent of Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) participants rated the content relevant to their work. Combined call volume across Client Services and COR rose during the transition year as members navigated the MyLearning and MyAudit platforms.
