The Parkland RSC and CSSE – Central Alberta Chapter have partnered to conduct two back-to-back fatigue management workshops, to help supervisors and workers learn the current best practices used to effectively manage fatigue risks and recognize strategies that can be used to help reduce fatigue.

Facilitating the workshops is fatigue management expert, Susan Sawatzky, an internationally recognized speaker on the topic of sleep health & wellness and fatigue safety in the workplace. Susan is also presenting on fatigue management at the upcoming ACSA NCSO Professional Development Conference this month. Download this poster for full details on each workshop.

The workshops will be held on Friday, March 31st at the MHSA Building (54 Queensland Crescent) in Red Deer.

Workshop Details:

  • Workshop 1 (for supervisors): ‘Managing Fatigue Workshop for Supervision’
    Time: 8:30 – 12noon.
    Cost:  $75pp
  • Workshop 2 (for workers): ‘Waking up to Fatigue Workshop for Workers’
    Time: 1:00 – 4:30pm.
    Cost: $60pp
